Problem
Insurance in Bangladesh was still largely offline — customers had to visit branches, fill paper forms, and wait days for quotations. Green Delta needed a mobile-first platform to digitize the full insurance lifecycle: from quote to purchase, payment, renewal, and ongoing policy management.
Solution
InsuMama is an AI-based mobile application — the first of its kind in Bangladesh's non-life insurance segment — that gives customers access to motor, health, travel, personal accident, and women's insurance products from a single app. Users can sign up, verify identity, get instant quotations, pay premiums online, and manage all policies without visiting a branch.
